The Printer/Copier/Scanner is located in the Media Room. Documents can be printed “Wireless Direct” from the Canon Printer from your phone or laptop. Simply select “TR9530” on your printer list, and Print.

1. Plug in Printer and Turn on Power
2. Select “PRINT” (rightmost icon, COPY SCAN PRINT) when the Canon Display comes on.
3. Open up the Main Paper Feeder from the rear 
4. Adjust the (blue) paper guides to take in A4 size sheets
5. Feed in a few sheets of A4 paper
6.  Adjust the (blue) paper guides for fit
7. Make sure the paper is properly fed
8. Select “Hai/はい” (YES) on the Display when Canon prompts for input
9. Flip up the Display
10. Pull out the front Paper Output Tray

Note: Do not use bottom cassette feeder for paper input

1. To copy, lift up the top cover of the Canon, and place document on the glass plate
2. On the Canon Display, Select “Copy”  (leftmost icon, COPY SCAN PRINT)
3. Select top choice, standard copy
4. Select # of copies, and hit “Monochrome” or “Colour” button to PRINT

The Canon uses the following 5 cartridges:

380 PGBK, (1 cartridge) and 381 C, M, Y and BK cartridges (4 cartridges)
