HEAT

1. Please food in centre of round plate and close door.
2. Heat is set to 強 (strong) as default.
3. Press Switch Menu until 500W lamp lights up.
4. Use Timer Knob to set desired heating time.

DEFROST

1. Please food in centre of round plate and close door.
2. Press Switch Menu until the 解凍 (defrost) lamp lights up.
   
3. Set the heating time based on the Weight Indicator.

KITCHEN TIMER

For timer only, (not for heating or defrosting) after set time elapsed notification sound will play.

1. Open and close the door to turn on power
2. Press Switch Menu until the キッチンタイマー (kitchen timer) lamp lights up.
   
3. Set the desired time based using the Timer Knob.

NOTE
The remaining time flashes on the Timer Display.
To interrupt heating/defrosting/timer before the timer ends, open the door.
To increase time before the timer ends, use the Timer Knob.
