Ensure that the machine is switched OFF.

Remove the coffee bean lid ① and fill the hopper with coffee beans. Replace the coffee bean lid,pushing it down firmly

Remove the water tank ② and fill with fresh drinking water, being careful not to exceed the 'max' level. Place the tank back into the machine.

Place a container under the hot water/steam spout ③

Press the main power button ④ to the ON position.

The machine is now ready for use.

MAKING ESPRESSO I COFFEE I LONG COFFEE

Place a cup beneath the dispensing head ⑤

Select the desired beverage by navigating the click wheel ⑥ with your finger.

If desired, select the quantity of coffee to be ground by pressing button ⑦ one or more times.

Press button ⑧ once for 1 cup, twice for 2 cups. The machine will dispense the selected beverage.

MAKING CAPPUCCINO

Fill a cup with 1/3 milk.

Press the steam button ⑧ and immerse the steam spout ③ in the milk. Turn the knob ⑩ to the steam position and froth the milk by gently swirling the cup.

When you have finished, turn the knob to the rest position (•} Place the cup beneath the dispensing head ⑤

Press button ⑧ once to begin dispensing coffee.

Note:

If the 'empty grounds' message appears on the display, open the door ⑪ and remove the grounds drawer ⑫

Empty and clean the grounds drawer, insert back into the machine and close the door ⑪

Caution:

The steam spout ③ can reach high temperatures. Avoid touching with bare hands as there is a danger of scalding. Use the appropriate handle only.
